I recently was offered job at a high school here in Bangkok. They require that I go to the Thai consulate in Cambodia, Laos(or wherever I want to go) and get a WP and Non-B Visa. This is great and all but I have a problem. The degree I used to get this job is not real! It's from Khao San Rd. I don't know if this is a huge problem or not a problem at all :o The man who hired me has not asked to see it yet, so I assume he doesn't care one way or another, which is great. When I told him I would go to Cambodia, he gave me a list of the things to take with me; one of which is my diploma. Up till now I've thought it was the school's responsibility to verify degrees, so I initially wasn't too worried about it, thinking that the consulate or wherever I'm going simply wants to copy it for record's sake but they have no intention of verifying it. Is this the case? Is it just Cambodia? Maybe there's another place I could go that doesn't want to see a degree. That's why I'm here. What's going to happen? Thanks a lot guys. :D

you have a tiny problem there ...and its that's you're not going to get a WP here in Thailand with a fake degree, they *will* check it. and second, why would you want to teach if you're not qualified for it? sorry, can't give you any help on this one and likely nobody else will around here.
