Nothing much to do in regular Thailand
Im curious what you do to sprint to the finish line 😁 The older I get, the more I need to use my brain, to get over the finish line at all 🤣 I understand for some, life started in Thailand, and my life restarted in Thailand, but still There is only so much you can do, before everything falls in to comfortably daily life no matter where you live, or what you do. I see some few manage to keep the speed up, but their drive and hunger is not mine. I do keep up with living healthy and comfortable, but thrilling and exiting? Nope. Comfortably good I will say, and nobody else stopping me from doing anything I would like to do, and I do not anything I wouldnt do. -

Nothing much to do in regular Thailand
Thailand is just a location. Aside from mandatory ,responsibilities; working & family, what extracurricular things did you do, or interests did you have, back in the motherland. Some of mine I still do or expanded, Picked up couple new ones. One thing that's easy to get into, and should for health, though does require a wee bit of kitchen counter space, home cooking with fresh whole foods, and will actually keep you busy. Emphasis on 'fresh whole foods', means time consuming, shopping for fresh, prepping & cooking. YouTube will teach you anything you don't know or need to improve on. Really upped my game past 15 years. As your metabolism slows down & muscle atrophy starts to kick in, a little exercise program would never go amiss. Doesn't have to be intense. Simply waling 30 minutes to keep things moving, with some resistance exercises to keep the muscle mass you have. Once into a routine, it's actually easy to maintain.- 1
