Rj 81 Posted March 31, 2006 Posted March 31, 2006 24 Unexpectedly, a lot of "young" people. I reckon some are lying. If I was getting on a bit though, I think I would too I think you're just jealous that you're not the only youngbie on this forum. Nope, just surprised at the poll results

Neeranam Posted March 31, 2006 Posted March 31, 2006 Middle-aged and proud.32 The old guys, still calling themselves middle-aged won't like you saying 32 is middle-aged. In Thailand 50 is considered old whereas in the West it would be 15 years or so older.
bino Posted March 31, 2006 Posted March 31, 2006 I'm at the age where my broad mind and narrow waist are trading places!

Envy prolly...
bbigman21 Posted March 31, 2006 Author Posted March 31, 2006 I hear 40 is the new 30 and you are not over the hill until you are over 40. So 50 would be the new 40 right! Right!
Noel Posted April 1, 2006 Posted April 1, 2006 Tomorrow my 50th!!!Gerd For yesterday, sook san wan... Gerd.
Ausladyinpatong Posted April 1, 2006 Posted April 1, 2006 A very scared to be almost 30 years old. I'm 29 in case that was too hard to figure out. i know what you mean. i found myself hitting the gym 3 times a week and partying almost every night for something like 6 months when i turned 30. by the time you reach 30.5, you realise its no big deal. I'm 29 too..rapidly approaching 30. Terrifying. But I'm hoping The Dude is right. I've been worrying about turning 30 since I turned 28.

Good grief, the prospect of being 30 is 'terrifying'? Get a grip or you will be a basket case by the time you approach 40...
DUMPSTER Posted April 1, 2006 Posted April 1, 2006 39, 40 this year. Hardly quaking in my boots. Age is irrelevant unless you want to get your under 20 bit of fluff into a bar and seeing as i dont drink it's not a problem for me
warriors Posted April 1, 2006 Posted April 1, 2006 I am Retired here so that makes me 50 +++++++++++++++++++++ but my lady is 30 ++++
Tippaporn Posted April 2, 2006 Posted April 2, 2006 Calculating my age is a trifle more complex than for most folks. a = Age of earth in years (approximate) b = Bent back in degrees c = Number of wrinkles d = Percentage of grey hair e = Number of age related health problems f = Life expectency in years (for males) (((a*b*10^-8)/2)*(c/SIN(d*PI()/180)*10^-7))/e*f It worked out fairly accurately a number of years ago but I haven't updated some of the values since. Too much work, if you ask me. So I really don't know anymore. I generally go by whatever the Thais think me as. Edit: BTW, I think the young punks here are just a bunch of dam_n braggerts.
