Hi, simple question really but I still can't find the answer, what documents does my Thai girlfriend need to present to get married (without a name change)? I'm told by some it's just the ID card required...

ID Card, Tabien Baan (House Book) and if she was previously married, the document that the marriage has ended !

just gotta get the translation of the affirmation corrected now, the translator I used put the the a, b, c, d, point letters incorrectly & put IPS office as per the signed off affirmation, but the MFA rejected IPS & wanted an explanation of what it is so I wasted 3 days waiting for EMS to return that, gonna do the express option hopefully tomorrow.
