I need some dental work - cleaning and a crown - and have been told that Ocean Dental Jomtien 2nd road is good but a bit expensive? Can anyone offer any information?

Took a friend there and the Doctor fixed the Major problems but missed 4 Cavities and there never was a follow up..Yes Expensive and have never returned...

I second this. I visited Soi 5 dentist last week on a recommendation from a friend for a checkup and a cleaning. The female dentist spent 35-40 minutes on the cleaning (it's been a while since I've been to the dentist OK). She was very professional and courteous. It cost me 600 baht for the cleaning. I'll definitely go back.

I also went to the Soi 5 dentist, but it smelled hot thai food, there were a few girls and a child eating on the floor (somtam poo pala) while watching thai TV. I wanted an appointment for a checkup, but I said mapenlaye keep eating. They could barely hear me anyway as the TV was quite loud.
