Android Mini PC / Sticks - available at TukCom Pattaya or somewhere?

Why don't you buy it from Chinese online retailers such as geekbuying.com ?

They are sold almost twice expensive here in Thailand.

Why don't you buy it from Chinese online retailers such as geekbuying.com ?

I would buy from them, or chinavasion.com......in my home country (or everywhere), where I can deal with the customs myself (if necessary).

But I am not sure, if it could be a problem here in TH with customs.

Found some very contradictory statements about customs here....

Any experiences?

EDIT:

found this thread

I bought several times from Geekbuying.com, they send via Singaporepost and declare value of $20 usd so you don't pay Customs tax.

Just go ahead, choose one and pay by paypal.

I just received my iMito QX1 stick (quad core) from them a few days ago.

My experience is the same as what muratremix has posted.

And, will add, the geekbuying forum has good information. (Recently, an update was posted there for my Mk808 Mini PC.)

Cheers

Do Chinabuye , Geekbuying.com , chinavasion.com all have about the same prices ?

the few times I have checked things out with Chinabuye were cheaper on Ebay , I would just cut and past the Chinabuye discription into Ebay and get lots of hits ,

In fact I just did the same thing on Amazon the other day to check out any reviews

Geekbuying prices are pretty good and they send via fast singaporepost shipping.

I have found eBay.com has a good selection of these mini PC at a reasonable price with free shipping on most of them and a tracking number. If you use PayPal you'll have no problem ordering it plus added security for your order. I do not recommend Aliexpress since I have had numerous problems with them in the past and just last month.

I haven't seen them in Pattaya,

However Big-C Pattaya Thai, had the Android TV boxes and I asked a few shops at Tuk Com. Some said they were sold out, but could order them for me.

I ordered mine from Austrailia. I think ordering them these days from China would be better than Australilia. A lot better selection and free Shipping to Thailand via Hongkong Mail.

I doubt you'll have problems with Thai customs.
