Anyway, today I'm off for lunch with Mercedes Girl, then we're going in to the local Air Force Base ( she has a pass for it ), I want to try to get some photos of the old wrecks that are lying about that I saw yesterday. Then tonight is the big night at the dinner dance.

had 2 full pork ribs out in my bbq rib now for slow roasting. would be ready in 2 hours time. steaks are in sous vide machine since morning, when ribs are done will sear them on my grill. good lord, i love friday nights

Weirdly, I just opened a bottle of Dim Sum beer. Very nice - brewed especially for Asian food and has coriander and lemongrass in it

Today it was 17 degrees in Geneva (last week 30) so i had the bright idea to go out in just a t shirt, so as to acclimatise myself for my visit to Scotland in 10 days. I managed two hours before i had to buy some socks and a sweatshirt. Came home and put the heating on.

The haze has gone, it's a lovely sunny day, I'm only working a half day and I'm off to the pub for my tea tonight and to watch the Lions game.

Getting all of my ducks lined up so I can renew my one year visa on Monday......every year, have to resubmit the same s*it, just change the dates and get a new notarized letter from the embassy.
