had 2 full pork ribs out in my bbq rib now for slow roasting. would be ready in 2 hours time. steaks are in sous vide machine since morning, when ribs are done will sear them on my grill. good lord, i love friday nights

Weirdly, I just opened a bottle of Dim Sum beer. Very nice - brewed especially for Asian food and has coriander and lemongrass in it

Today it was 17 degrees in Geneva (last week 30) so i had the bright idea to go out in just a t shirt, so as to acclimatise myself for my visit to Scotland in 10 days. I managed two hours before i had to buy some socks and a sweatshirt. Came home and put the heating on.
