zippydedodah
My kid plugged in our Wii (USA and 110v) into the wrong place in the house. The result is now a "blown" Wii...I have no idea if it is the power pack (built onto the plug into cord) or the console itself that is having the problem. Plugged into a 110 transformer now, and no lights come on the console...DED... Where can i get this properly taken care of? anyone actually use a shop to get their Wii fixed? Mestizo
We did the same thing. There's a place in Kad Suan Kaew Mall.. I think its on the 3rd floor, maybe (a search of this forum should be able to turn that up). They sell replacement transformers / plugs. We bought the 220V local version and our Wii was back in action. -Mestizo
zippydedodah
we went to the place behind the railroad tracks and luckily for us, it was just the power brick..one new brick and 400 baht out the door with a working wii!
