I am looking for recommendations for a native Thai speaker who wants to improve their English skills in the area of analytical writing.

I'm not sure if there is such a school, course, or private tutor available and I am opening the question to the forum.

This is a standard component of IELTS training to test and then study and work abroad. Maybe have him/her give a look at Kru Eh's school. She divides the test up into sections and gives quite a lot of attention to writing, which has 2 very different analytical tasks to it. Also, the speaking section is quite similar to the writing actually, but builds in subject matter going from simple conversation to analyzing a given topic, answering all questions asked, and supporting that answer/opinion. It's quite a thorough way of looking at a student's preparedness to enter the Western world's academic life and being fit to give it a good go.
