I'm gonna try and keep this as simple as possible...

I (UK) work for a reasonable size company and have a Non-B Visa and work permit.

My wife (UK and married in UK) recently went to Kuala Lumpur and received a Single Non-O visa. She would now like to extend this for a period of 365 days. She is not working just being a house wife.

What documents does she need to be able to do this?

I have searched this forum but all I come up with is foreign man and Thai wife and vice versa which doesn't help us out. Anyone had experience of this?

You must have an extension of stay from immigration to allow this - but you say you have a visa - suspect you have extended?

1. Application form
2. Copy of applicant’s passport
3. Copy of the passport of the alien who has been permitted to stay in the Kingdom
4. Copy of documents proving relationship, such as a marriage certificate, a birth certificate,
registration of child legitimization, household registration certificate, child adoption registration
certificate, or other evidence from the government or relevant agency

Thanks lopburi3...

It was a Single Entry Non-O issued in Kuala Lumpur. The stamp runs out on August 7 and hasn't extended it yet...

Where did you get this information? I've been searching and couldn't find anything...
