Moo Kata grill and places to eat that in Thailand

I'm thinking of visiting Thailand and have been hearing about the the Moo Kata grill (or type of meat) that's a must-try. I'm wondering if anyone can direct me to good diners in Bangkok for that, and also on where I may purchase the grill itself, whether the charcoal or electronic type.

Thank you in advance for any help anyone might give.
