New (custom) seat for Honda Wave in CM

Featured Replies

Hello,

I searched the board and didn't seem to come up with anything. I just bought a new Wave. A nice little bike but the seat is an issue. It has a distinct "2 tier" set up, I imagine for 2 Thai people. The problem is I'm too tall, so where I used to sit on my old wave is right where the seat on my new bike slopes up. Very uncomfortable on the bottom. Anyone know where they do custom seats here in CM?

Thanks a bunch,

B

Past the Petronus Petrol Stn on MoonMuang, left at the end of the moat (towards Pantrip), first Soy on the left.

About 250-400bht to modify your existing seat.

He does a really good job with quality seat material.

Will refoam and cover the seat to whatever style you like.

Check out this thread, second post down. I went to the guy and got a great custom made seat. He does a total rebuild and adds about an inch of high density padding. Now afar 4 or 5 hours riding, my butt still has some feeling in it. I would (and have) recommend him.

Cheers for the posts, I need to get the seat on the GFs DTracker sorted too..... 1 hour in the saddle (I mean motorbike seat!) and everything below the waist is numb. Gotta get some width and padding in that seat pronto.
