Lift kits for Toyotas

Where can you get a lift kit and have installed without paying the same price as a new truck?? I don't want to go monster, but want a 3 or 4in done so I can use a little bigger tire without rubbing!

_{What's the legality of lift kits? Is there a legal maximum lift? Seen plenty of very high trucks here, especially in Ban Bua Thong - after the big floods they seem to have become popular. Saw a ranger the other day; could have sworn my swift would have gone right under it's tray to the diff. Couldn't catch it it though; think it was a 3.2 ...fast truck}
