I am looking to shift from Bang Sao Thong to Bang Plee.

I am looking to rent a newish ( not older than 3 years) condo anywhere between Bang Na and Mega Bang Na.

A simple 35sqm+ studio type condo with suffice.

Budget about THB10K/month excluding services as i will only be there half of each month or even less. It will be used as a base rather than a full residency

There is the lumpini structures very close to Mega. They aren't done yet, but I see people living in them. Maybe you could get a spot in there. Should be cheap, about 8k per month. I haven't stayed there, but that is the first place I would look. It looks like a nice development.
