A few years ago Rikker mentioned the need for some way of looking up all words which share a given classifier. I didn't know of any on-line resource which does this, so I've created one - a new Classifier dictionary. The dictionary is based upon the Royal Institute's imaginatively titled publication ลักษณนาม ฉบับราชบัณฑิตยสถาน and allows you to

  • Find the classifier for a given noun
  • Find all nouns sharing a given classifier
  • Browse all nouns alphabetically, showing the associated classifiers
  • Browse all classifiers alphabetically, showing the associated nouns.

The dictionary is available at http://thai-notes.com/tools/classifiers.shtml.

There have also been a few other changes at http://thai-notes.com/ since I last posted an update. I've slightly updated the three typing trainers, and there's a new typing game designed to promote typing at a steady pace (in my opinion one of the most important factors in being able to achieve very high typing speeds). It's at http://thai-notes.com/typing/steady_typing_game.shtml.

As always, any and all feedback is much appreciated. Thank you.
