I think you'll find Superrich (of which there are two different companies) consistently beat those rates - all be it they are not in Pattaya. Their rate showing on one of the web sites for roughly the same time as yesterday was 31.28 vs. 31.22 for yenjit.

If you do a search you will find there has been loads of threads on this and in Pattaya there are several other places just as competitive as yenjit - you just need to check them out at the time and negotiate
