I know I could get mini can from airport. But chosen to pay an extra 400bht and have a taxi pick me up. Will see if I can find anyone going over before the bridge. If not will get the 20bht bus and taxi from Laos side. Often times the photo needs to be trimmed. Have front page copy ready. That will save nearly 10 minutes when you arrive. I doubt there is any 10 minutes to save on transportation choices between the airport and consulate. Let us know how the taxi service works for time and keep an eye on others making the same trip to notice the difference in arrival time.
