Where is the Embassy/Consulate of Austria in Pattaya?

Hello,

I have an appointment there tomorrow morning but have absolutely no idea where it is! I though I'd find a map on the web but no luck!

Each time I search for thai road names on Google Maps it can't find it, so perhaps you can provide me with GPS coordinates or eventually a Google Maps link would be truly awesome, thanks!!!!!

If I am not mistaken it is right outside the entrance to Yensabai Condo. Last office in the building across the street from the entrance

We must have different results, because the only info I got from this search is the following address:

504/526 Moo 10, Soi 17, 2nd Road, Pattaya City

Chonburi 20150

Thailand

Which Google Maps (or even Bing Maps) seems totally incapable to find!

We could not find 504/526 Moo 10, Soi 17, 2nd Road, Pattaya City Chonburi 20150 Thailand

Make sure your search is spelled correctly.

Try adding a city, state, or zip code.

Awesome thanks!

Finally found it!! https://www.google.com/maps?ll=12.902509,100.896721&spn=0.233923,0.41851&cbp=12,94.07,,1,9.08&layer=c&panoid=hLL1Vgzn0pNYrA5ewgiPng&cbll=12.922635,100.876175&dg=opt&t=m&z=12

I hope this address is still current.

The Consul's name is Rudy and he runs Pattaya-RentaRoom which is the office adjacent to the one room consulate.

I don't think any online mapping service can pinpoint to the house address in Thailand yet

Does this Consulate issue Austrian visa too ?rolleyes.gif (I mean, can people submit visa application here, instead of going to BKK...)

First sentence, NO!

Second sentence, YES, but needs more time,

" Die Anträge müssen mindestens 14 Tage vor der geplanten Reise an der Botschaft eingebracht werden. Im Fall einer Antragsstellung über die Honorarkonsulate müssen diese mindestens 4 Wochen vor der geplanten Reise eingebracht werden."

Hmmmmm, boring.... Am not sure if my understanding is wrong. Normally, a consulate issues visa and carries out other important functions. Otherwise, why it is called a consulate, ho ho ho

Yes, but a Visa to Schengen area or Austria is important enough, that it has to be processed from the Consular section in Bangkok and only from them. tongue.png
