round wheels

for 3 years i have been searching for a shop that can true the wheels on my scooter perfectly,alas i cannot find one, every time they give it back its either worse or the same as what it was before. i've tried all the local shops as well as the main honda dealers(my bike is a sonic) none of them can true the wheels or centre them.

does anybody have any places they recommend in chiang mai or surrounding areas,i will even travel to lamphun or lamphang if i have to

my dream is to have round wheels on my bike,i don't think its too much to ask
