I actually drove one of these ( on a straight Road). They look like a lawnmower engine, connected to a cart and are (steered) by 2 long sticks. Does anyone know the name of it please ?

Thanks

Iron bufallo.

Not sure if the translation to Thai is literal.

As Monty says an Iron Buffalo

All round general purpose farm tractor. Can be used for ploughing, towing, transportation, generator, water pump and whatever else the farmers can think of.

Believe it is kwai lek (ควายเหล็ก) (iron buffalo) edit - which is a tractor for plowing fields

Since I can only answer it using Thai will move to the Thai language forum.
