Foreigner working illegally - how do I report to Immigration?

If this person actually owned a legit business and making the money he said he makes he would not be on a tourist visa he would have a work permit and be on an extension.

Even if you did report it they would most likely do nothing at all. I know several people, thai included who reporrted a Nigerian illegal worker, He's still in business and doing a job reserved for Thais only. The Thais wanted him out as more and more nigerians were turning up and hanging about around his shop drinking and harassing women, he's still there years later.

But in all honesty, even though the guy sounds hateful and the kind of person I detest (and have met the odd one or two who own bars in the centre of bkk) and would gladly see have what's coming to him, it really is none of your business and to actually report him, as other posters said, sounds like jealousy on your part.

Why be bitter about someone you only met once at a party, it's in the past, forget about it, move on. Why hold the grudge?

If he was moving on on your woman, or making your life a problem at the moment, then I could understand your motives, otherwise I really don't.

newbie farang dont seem to understand that you dont even fart in bed behind closed doors in this country without the thais knowing about. anything that farang do in public or partially in public has been approved already or you would know about it virtually instantly.

I guess the general consensus is that people feel the OP is asking for advise on how to be sneaky and deceitful -- very distasteful . That, or it's a just wind-up type of troll post.

Certainly, if the OP feels that the offending person is truly in the wrong (and the post wasn't just trolling) he or she should probably go to the offending party's place of business and (sneakily) gather evidence. After that, the OP should proudly present him/herself to the Immigration Police and offer them the evidence. As for advise on how to do something like this in a (perceived) sleazy manner, it doesn't seem like anyone wants to play this game.

I suspect that he had made up the story (not the OP, the guy at the party). Girly bars are not usually very profitable.

Oh great a nark, just make sure your house is in order before rattling the cage of the BiB or immigration, as after all, matey might have connections that you don't.

And if he is involved a the girly bar scene its very likely he has connections that you certainly don't, Anyway I don't know anything about this guy but I have this feeling I prefer him to you.
