waiting time between personal messages

Only very rarely does the flood controlposting delay bother me, but 5 minutes wait between strating new personal conversations is annoying.

Is it possible to tweak this a bit? like for example, allowing members to start 3 conversation and then wait 5 minutes?

Sorry, its an anti-spammer feature, keeps people who manage to sign on as members from spamming our regular members uncontrollably.

another idea could be to exempt people with more than X posts or registered for langer than Y months, or both, from that restriction.
