buck99 Posted August 27, 2013 Share Posted August 27, 2013 Last week I saw a BIB stop a wrong way Thai motorcycle driving on Beach Road in Jomtien. I was shocked as there is a constant flow of wrong way Thai drivers that are ignored by the local BIB. Maybe I misunderstood the reason for the stop but it was lunch time and the BIB looked hungry.
