We want to take a group of kids (about 30, 4 years old) to Chiang Mai Airforce Museum. We are wondering how to go about it and if they have a space where we can set out some food and snack for the kids at the end of the tour. I would also like to hire a tour guide who are knowledgeble about airplanes in the museum. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Seems information is scarce on this. Found this so may get a Thai speaker to call, if your Thai isn't up to it, for further information.

Chiang Mai Air Museum

Address: Air Force Base 41, Chiang Mai, Thailand, TH
Tel: +66 053 202 617
Standing close to Chiang Mai Airport, the city's Air Museum is often overlooked and worth searching out. Containing a rather unexpected collection of WWII planes and related paraphernalia, visitors to the museum are able to climb into a number of the actual planes. The curators are always on hand to answer your questions and film screenings provide further information about the planes if required.
Open hours: daily
Admission: charge

Here is some more information: Thai Aviation

While there is no charge to visit the museum, donations are accepted and will be used by Tango Squadron Wing 41 to maintain and improve the exhibits. To make arrangements to visit the museum or to take a sightseeing flight contact Squadron Leader Weerachat Palee. Phone 081 028 4663.
