I have read on the forums that normally four employees and a two million baht company are the norm. If legally married to a thai two employees and a one million baht company is required.

is the above correct and could some one link me to the government police order? The reason i ask is i have been told that chonburi does not care if you are married to a thai or not. Not really looking to argue with chonburi just would like a firm answer. I assume chonburi has authority to make the rules a they wish...

My understanding is that while it is 1 million baht in registered capital if married to a Thai national that you still need 4 Thai employees.

Previous government changed rules in 2010 or11. But nothing was made public about it.

They apparently changed the special rules for those on PR and being married to a Thai.

One million capital is still there but it is now 4 employees instead of 2.
