Trump at Congress Revives Greenland Purchase, Promises Wealth and Security
As usual, the MAGAs are acting as dumb as anyone can be and still...possibly....be classified as the same species as homo sapiens. I think the jury is still out in that regard. Is there something special about the air above Greenland that it can stop ICBMs? In case you hadn't noticed, it's 2025. Siege engines are so Dark Ages. Also, a land invasion might be easy when Russia shares a border with Ukraine, but when there's this big body of water between the US and everybody except our former friends Canada and Mexico, a sneaky invasion or a blitzkrieg is a bit more difficult. Now if Canada decides to invade the US, or perhaps engage in a joint attack with Mexico, the shared land border becomes significant. In addition, lots of Americans would choose to fight with Canada and Mexico against the fascist and imperialistic MAGA clowns. -

It's been "a little warm" so ... today was "fan fixing day".
You do realise that the brushes are designed to make electrical contact and not designed to be lubricate with oil, the graphite is a dry lubricant. The bearings needing lubricant is a possible problem. I have quit a few brushed motors, several are decades old, none have ever had the brushes lubricated, several have had brushes replaced. TLDR never oil brushes keep them clean and dry. -

Agent for renewing UK passport in Bangkok?
In addition to the ridiculous bureaucratic nonsense we Brits locally are subject to at passport renewal time, presumably. In my experience getting existing IMM stamps transferred from old to new passports is a piece of cake in comparison. -

Bangkok Condo Owners and Agents Arrested for Illegal Rentals
We have no indians renting in our condo but we have a lot of russians and I can tell you they are very noisy, partying, slamming doors all day long, then occupying all the pool chairs and inside the pool even some of them last year and this year with a very large mattress 2x2 nearly blocking the pool space with adults sitted on it and kids jumpint and splashing water then climbing again on this mattress Situation worsened as at the beginning there were some co owners and some people renting also to russians for short term.. then I imagine these people told friends the place is nice... so more of them purchased and a lot more rented (the ones who purchased surely renting out when they are not there..) + the friends they bring from outside to use the pool.. This leads to a lot of evening/night gatherings with music, songs, alcohol and therefore also screams, loud laughs, screaming children running all over the gardens etc.. Peace is gone Have a good day -
