I asked the tourist police why the large lady who waves knives, sticks and bricks at people is allowed to permanantly camp on the beach rd footpath op soi 12 with a baby if loitering is illegal, they told me that the ladies and ladyboys were arrested for soliciting, not loitering. dont know if they have it right but perhaps the headline should be corrected if they do
