Any suggestions -

I have tried several times to add new 3rd party account in order to transfer money to that account.

Every time I receive the OTOP by SMS I enter that and the new account number in the relevant boxes on screen. And each occasion I get the error message that the two account numbers do not match. But they do!!

Any idea what the problem is?

At present I am in Australia so not able to call the bank.

I had the same problem. In the sms it says "A/c 1234xxx999 OTP 12345678 at 22:22". You have to be sure to match the 1234xxx999 with the message on screen where the 1234xxx is already filled in and only the 999 is needed.
