90 Day Visa?

I am a Canadian in Thailand and have started doing visa runs every 30 days. Can anyone tell me how and where it is possible to get a 90 day tourist visa. What is the procedure for this and what is the cost.

You travel to an Embassy or Consulate outside of Thailand and apply for a tourist visa. This visa is normally issued the next day and believe it costs about 1,000 baht in local currency. It allows a 60 day stay when you enter Thailand and that stay can be extended for another 30 days at an immigration officer at a cost of 1,900 baht.
