Petroleum Jelly

This is the same as Vaseline, but I don't need medical grade and I also have no use of 30gr buckets, I need probably 1 kg of this stuff.

I need it to soften antique leather chairs. I know there are umpteen leather creams available everywhere, but they are expensive, and to be honest I don't trust any of those creams not to do more harm than good to the leather.

So where can I get Petroleum Jelly in bigger quantity or a leather grease at an affordable price.

Tesco/Lotus sells pretty big jars of Vaseline.

Leather is typically conditioned with Neets foot oil. DON'T use silicon oil/grease.

Lanolin is better than Petroleum Jelly or Crisco.

Mineral Oil, Baby Oil, Lemon Oil, Cocunut Oil, Palm Oil, etc... are also good inexpensive alternatives for leather conditioning.

Any suggestions as where to find lanolin and if it is reasonable priced ?
