how do you get a hold of an administrator

How do you get a hold of an administrator. I can not upload a new avatar no matter what I try. I have made posts and heard what others have done but they did not work for me. I am seeing a lot of Gs on there side so I suspect I am not the only one, At present I have nothing as I find it preferable to the easy to load G on it's side.

My original picture was just click and paste. Now they want me to go through rigamarole I don't understand. I think they want me to join some other group I don't know Gravon or some thing.

Seems to me under the guise of improvement they are making it more difficult to post things. They respond now with an oops I don't see that as progress.

Rant over but it would bee nice if they had an administrator to explain it.
