I seem to be getting this "Oops the servers are busy" page more often the past couple of weeks. I assume this is your issue and not mine?

It's thaivisa server/platform issue. When this happens, check the load on bottom of the page. It's usually above 50. Now it's 0.81.

High load on that scale often means there is issues with I/O. Either very heavy swapping or the disk and data there is not simply available.
