Any of those might be a place to start. Another option might be the "strip" in Ban Chang where life is somewhat more laid back (if not completely horizontal). There is a pub quiz just about every night in Pattaya/Jomtien, at one pub/bar or another. It sounds like you might have a lot in common with the people who go to those.
