About Remove The Background™ Remove The Background™ is the leading background removal service for e-tailers, bloggers, designers, photographers, and webmasters from Denmark. We work around the clock to ensure customers get perfect product images for their sites. We help customers increase conversions and free up time for other projects.

We are scaling so apart from Vietnam production team, we now open another team in Chiangmai, Thailand. We are looking for one smart and motivated candidate to fill Office manager position with responsibilities and requirements as the followings:

Responsibilities

- Be responsible for overall office activities including but not limiting to dealing with different governmental authorities, supervising employees, maintaining/ developing system, and coordinating with another production team to ensure it running smoothly and consistency.

- Be responsible for effectiveness and efficiency of production team in Thailand.

Able to evaluate, recruit, select the suitable candidates for vacant positions.

Able to QA work of Photo editors, co-ordinate, freelancers and liaise with production team in Vietnam as to meet customers’ requirements.

- Deal with customers’ emails, queries, complains timely in professional manner.

Prepare monthly payroll, financial forecast reports, financial statements and various detailed analyses/ reports for BOD and government as requested.

- Ensure all accounting records, company legal documents, and employees’ personal information are properly kept and updated in accordance with local and company requirements.

- Able to identify and analyze training needs and propose suitable training programs/ courses for employees.

- Other duties as assigned/requested by BOD.

Requirements

- Being sharp, well organized and dynamic person.

- Competent English skill in all 4 skills (Listening, reading, writing, speaking) – our company language is English and there will be a high level of communication with regional partners.

- Good at management skill.

- Proactive and willing to learn new things.

- Be structured and precise in your work and thrive with working in a team as well as individually.

- Customer-Oriented and Detail-Oriented.

- Knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage.

- Good training, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and willing to help develop others.

- Good university degree is an advantage.

- Have background in Human resources, accounting, financing is an advantage.
