On your web site suggests you can get a non immigrant

Is this corect?

From everything I have read it seems this is not correct?

Im a UK citizen living in USA with a green card for last 10 years.

Confused!!!!

I am sorry to say that I don't agree with our example. I doubt that it would be too easy to get a Non-Immigrant visa if you put down the purpose of visit as holiday. Ask for a non-immigrant visa to study language and culture. What is your location in the US ?

Thats what I thought as well.

I live in Charlottesville Virginia

So it seems I should just get a 60 day tourist visa with multiple entrys

I want to stay for up to 6 months or even a year but I will be travelling to europe in summer and really did not want to go across border every 30 days

Thanks.

The Thai Consulates in Texas are pretty laid back and you can do it all by mail. Apply for a non-immigrant O class visa to study thai culture, and write a book. It'll work....try Houston :o
