Layla's is usually not too bad but they don't get it right every time.

That place us waaaaay out on the Darkside... Its almost in a blackhole... On the far side of maprachan lake.

around 750 metres from the 7-11 at the junction of Mabprachan Lake road and Siam country club road

its about 200 metres from the Magnolias hotel at Lakeside

its about 500 metres BEFORE you get to the the Fishermans Rest

about 2 kilometeres BEFORE you get to Kuhn Johns

hardly in a black hole nor on the far side of Mabprachan Lake

I would suggest sukie to soi Nongprue would constitute inner Darkside, while beyond that would be outer Darkside. If course, it all depends in where one's starting point is :)

For all of one lukewarm recommendation? You are easy to please.

I suggest buying a deep fryer...some nice looking fish fillets at big c ex.

one more recommendation then, and hot, the foods excellent!

aside from the fish and chips, i recommend the mushy peas, best in Thailand i think

Cardiff,- chicken curry with portion of chips and a portion of rice

Berni Inn- a big steak, chips, button mushrooms, garden peas, fried egg, onion rings and a fried tomato

Home made pies

Battered prawns

treat yourself

its Friday!

Do you mean chicken curry from Layla's? If so, is it good? What about their steaks?

Burger place in Khao Talo. About 500m on the right travelling up the hill from the rail line. Lots of yellow signage. Opposite Krungsi bank. They serve really nice burgers, have fish and chips on the menu as well as Australian steak which I am yet to taste. Hope this helps.
