mmh8 Posted November 4, 2013 Share Posted November 4, 2013 I've got a question, if you happen to be the one reporting a crime are you legally obliged to do some pointing in front of a camera? can you make your self anonymous such as wearing a balaclava and point? if multiple arrests are made shoud you use two hands? or just all the fingers? has the crime not been commited if there is no pointing?
