A friend in Bangkok has become very seriously ill and urgently needs a blood transfusion. He needs O negative blood. If anyone has O- blood and is able to help please contact Alex on 087-497-9933.

Just an update that my friend is now getting much better - entirely due to those incredibly generous people who gave blood.

A huge thank you to everyone who contacted me and offered their help.

For anyone who is interested in donating on a regular basis, please contact your local hospital or the BNH Hospital's Central Blood Bank in Silom.
