I'm experiencing some bad mid - back pain and stiffness around the next and shoulders.

I can't go near a thai massage as I slipped a disc in my lower back 2 years ago so I don't want to take any chances with massages.

I'd prefer to go to an osteopath if someone could recommend one that speaks good English and knows what they're doing?
