paddyjenkins Posted November 9, 2013 Share Posted November 9, 2013 Yes, its about posture, the lap top being too low and your chair being unsupportive of your lower back. But an easy solution would be to work from your sofa, assuming you have one. I sit on the sofa sometimes and the desk or table other times and that has worked for me, i rarely suffer from back pain anymore. And best of all, i didnt need to spend any money. As clever as Mr Swiss is, none of these things are necessary. Just be aware of your posture as you work, Make sure it is a good posture for working on a computer, as has been suggested in the thread.
