French Man Caught With 13 Year Old

First thing I noticed was this guy standing with police at entrance to my condo building, he was handcuffed, apparently the security became suspicious when they noticed a lot of activity with young girls so they reported him to police when he went to room with a 13 year old, when they searched his room they found videos pictures childrens clothes etc, shocking when you consider this was on the same floor as me and I never noticed anything, it was also said he work at a juveinile home in France, he looked a real sleasy ******* hop he gets what he deserves
