WIFI for ipad

Featured Replies

Hi does anyone know if I can pay for WIFI from True etc for my ipad I have no place for SIM card, I knowing can use WIFI from different places but I want my own for when I go away

As I understand it, and correct me if I'm wrong, but if you can't use a SIM card, then you're pretty much reliant on the roaming services or free wifi at certain places (like restaurants which offer it). The roaming service is very patchy and requires you to have an internet connection with a company (mine is 3BB - think it's the same with the others). Maybe someone else has an idea?

Get a smartphone with internet and share its connection. Its what i do but my ipad can have a sim, just thought 2 subscriptions was crazy.
