I appreciate the thread. I wasn't aware Macro sold instant mashed potatoes.

I'll ask the Missus to pick some up on her next shopping expedition.

Jip99 's point is a good one but I think the bag wins in a convenience comparison test.

The only place I have ever seen instant mash is in Bangkok. I have never seen it in Makros.

I can't find the "start new topic". Does anyone know where I can get frozen Hash Browns?

Just buy the imported potatoes at about 28 Baht a kilo, boil them up, add a bit of butter and milk and you will have far better mashed potatoes at a fraction of the price.
