NomadJoe
I just did a group plan through work with AXA. 4400B a year (company paid half though ) They have more expensive plans with better coverage than what I got. I also got motorcycle insurance from AA Brokers, so I am doubly covered in the event of a motorbike accident, and tilac is also covered if she is riding pillion. AA are a sponsers on ThaiVisa. 13XXXB per year for my 2013 Ninja 650. Covers 220K baht in case of total loss, fire, theft.

KhunOr
Bangkok Insurance. Cover 100,000 baht and 100% motorcycle for premium about 2640 a year (can't remember exact amount, but close to that). Easy to sign up, just walk into any office. Same price Thai or foreigner. I never found any better deal than this.
