I really needed to go to Bangkok Bank today and they were closed for the holiday. Does anyone know if any Bangkok Bank branches are open on the weekends and will the bank be closed again on Monday for the The Royal Ploughing Ceremony (May 8)?

Coronation Day today is an official public holiday, means banks, shops, businesses are closed.

The Royal Ploughing Ceremony, AFAIK, is not a pubic holdiay but not sure about the banks.

The Royal Ploughing is not a bank holiday.

There are some BKK bank branches open on weekends. The one I lnow for sure is the Emporium branch on bottom floor on side near the park. The hours are somewhat limited I think 11 AM to 5 PM or something like that. Hope this helps,
