Major Accountabilities:

- Oversee corporate financial management and office administration
- Lead accounting function
- Liaise with clients on related commercial documents
- Provide analytical support to executive management including analysis of financial results, job - costing and profitability, and other reporting requirements
- Manage cash flows and conduct cash forecast together with supporting schedules and analysis
- Manage business planning and budgeting
- Manage administration staffs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting or any related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in management level in finance and administration
- Pro-active manner with good command of English is a must
- Strong analytical skill and good at problem solving
- Experience in medium to large design firm is a plus
- Advanced skill in Microsoft office package
