www.worldnomads.com is quite popular, especially among long-term travelers. As you're going for 2 months it might be a good option. But check local companies as well. They might be better for Thais.

Covermore is good.I was in hospital in Bali 13 days flew to Australia with a Doctor and Nurse,they covered the lot.I would have been up for $30000.Anyway what ever you decide just make sure you get it with some one.Good Luck
