A bit further down near soi 44 , between there and Prakhonong BTS there is a motorbike/scooter tire shop or on soi 22 not quite opposite a 7-11 is a motorbike mechanic's shop.

Don't know any in your area but lots on Soi 71, especially when you get further down the Soi from Suk.

Yes. "tai soi sii". Had a flat tire repaired there, he opened shop outside hours but I had to do the funky drive as he did not bothered to come to change the tube where the scooter was.
