Is Yingluck a member of the CRES? Or is it some expendable minion?

Is Tarit still a member? (loaded question)

Has the army been given written or verbal orders?

What are the orders?

What ever they are, you can bet your sweet arse that there won't be any comeback on YL.

"No doubt there are a number of concerned P.T.P. and coalition politicians out there who are half decent and hopefully are coming to realise what their taking of Thaksins 30 pieces of silver is costing the country and its peoples in wasted lives. We can but only hope that ultimately those politicians will act to exorcise the evils of Thaksin his family and their brown nosing acolytes too whilst there is still a chance to rebuild both political stability and restore civil order to Thailand and its peoples" siampolee, TVF, 1/12/2013.

A very valid point, however the rumour is that Thaksin has them by the short and curlies which I believe is pre-signed resignations should they buck his directives so can't see any dramatic action on their part under the current regime. Let us hope that in any future elections they consider their position and shy well away from Thaksin the pretender, this way the balance of power may shift enough to bring about some well needed changes and the ousting of the brown-nosing sheep.
